My expectations on the servicing of my vehicle were different than the reality of what really happens when you bring your carin at 6am. Brought my Ram Rebel GT in for FCA fix for the radio VIN lock problem. All the service advisors were fairly busy. I was helped by Jonathan and was told it would be at least an hour.
