John was very friendly and answered any and all of my questions. After I’ve been there about an hour Jon came in and was talking with another client and I asked him if there was any progress on my 2014 J questions. After I’ve been there about an hour Jon came in and was talking with another client and I asked him if there was any progress on my 2014 Jeep Cherokee latitude. He said he would check And came back and told me that Colton got lucky and the bolts did not break and that my car would be finished within the hour. Jon said he wasn’t sure how long the car would be when I got there because it was a catalytic converter and I totally understood , so getting a catalytic converter replaced in roughly 2 hours I would say that was pretty good. More
