Had to wait 40 minutes to be checked in for service, was told it would be 'a few hours' and I would receive an update when it was done. Never received a text or call. I called a bit after 5pm and still wasn told it would be 'a few hours' and I would receive an update when it was done. Never received a text or call. I called a bit after 5pm and still wasn't done. Was told it would be ready in 30 mins and that they were only open until 6. I got a 20 minute time frame to pick up my truck. Very inconsiderate when I had to plan for a ride because no loaner was provided either. More
