I had a lot of communication issues at first but once I finally got through and was able to speak with Savannah who in return connected me with Mike in the service department everything was great. I worked with Luis Rivera, really nice guy and friendly willing to work with you. But the mangers got me approved for the car I wanted last few months. But I didn’t know my actual payment, cause they showe willing to work with you. But the mangers got me approved for the car I wanted last few months. But I didn’t know my actual payment, cause they showed me the price of the car, what I got for my car, and a low I assumed monthly payments. But got into Josh Crofton office that’s when it was higher what I told Luis Rivera that I want to pay. I sat their thinking to myself should I do it. He showed me that payments I saw before signing paperwork was a weekly bases. Them I ask what would it be twice a month it would take half my check I said. I said weekly would be better. Than went home with the car, and the first full day I’m driving to work and I hear a knocking noise when I turn and break. The next day the same thing cause I thought it was dust in the breaks. So the second full day having the car, went to talk to someone in finance about a warranty for the car at my local Nissan and had the service department inspect the car. Found out there was a recall on the car, and that about $1,284 worth of fixes. So I had the service department do the recall, and two major fixes that needs to be done. Others I can go back and get done later. This car was never certified inspected by no one at grote. They need to stop claiming that and show proof of it! I recommend never buy a car from them. Cause I’m sure never going to them again. More
