Great service department, everyone that I've worked with there has been friendly, knowledgeable and honest. They do a video of the inspection so you can see what was checked and if the tech found any issues there has been friendly, knowledgeable and honest. The service team is very knowledgeable, friendly, and fast. I was quoted a time of 90-120 minutes for the service to be completed but it took a little over an hour. They had good options for appointment times with a problem that popped up with my vehicle. My service advisor Broderick was very helpful from drop off to pick up, plus saved me some money along the wa problem that popped up with my vehicle. My service advisor Broderick was very helpful from drop off to pick up, plus saved me some money along the way. Thank You Broderick! This isn’t dealer specific but when they sell you a “luxury” car one of the perks is a loaner car. I have NEVER had a service that qualified for a loaner car. This service was $2300 and they had to wait a day for a part, so what qualifies you? Anywho, I have more maintenance to do so I will be back soon. More
