I purchased from the preowned lot across the highway and I will say that I will never return there for future purchases and I will never recommend that location. The only saving grace was their top salesman I will say that I will never return there for future purchases and I will never recommend that location. The only saving grace was their top salesman, JORGE. Post purchase I have had my RAM in service 4 times fir a variety of issues. I had to buy AC vents to replace the two passenger side dashboard vents that were broken, possibly in an accident. The CarFax did not reveal previous crashes or damage and I did not identify the broken vents until after I bought the RAM. The Infotainment system and electrical system has a multitude of glitches which I have recorded and demonstrated to the service advisor, but the techs cannot replicate, so they do not repair or replace. I bought the RAM with 12k miles and had to have transmission work by 17k miles. The service advisor, techs, service manager, and admin staff attribute the many faults and glitches to the high degree of technology. They say the more bells and whistles, the more problems we can expect. More
Was told I had until the end of December to use my third and final pre-paid maintenance. Made the drive to Denton after calling to confirm. Then was told at drop off that my coverage expired three days ago and final pre-paid maintenance. Made the drive to Denton after calling to confirm. Then was told at drop off that my coverage expired three days ago because I purchased the car on 12/27/2022. Not cool. The service advisor Jacobi was courteous. I’ve also brought my vehicle to this location for repairs previously & had to return multiple times before the repairs were done correctly. I brought my wife to the dealership this morning because we were thinking about buying a new Grand Cherokee today but we are now reconsidering whether to stay with Jeep and/or this dealership. I had a good initial experience but not so great since. More
Scheduled an appt to have recall work performed on my truck and when I brought it up there a week later they told me they still had to order the part but should have it the next day and would call me to truck and when I brought it up there a week later they told me they still had to order the part but should have it the next day and would call me to reschedule. 1.5 weeks later when I called the service advisor back to inquire about the status he blamed the parts department saying "he told them to call me and let me know the part had arrived" which makes no sense bc he is still the one who had to reschedule a time for the install. Power lift gate wasn’t working, system resets frequently and defaults to Italian, seat heater on the drivers side works intermittently. My vehicle was involved in a collision at the service where a box truck hit the back of my wagoneer (damaged the lift gate). They’ve never fixed the lift gate and I’ve complained about it several times. Finally took it back in earlier this month and I’m “out of warranty” on the all above issues and I’m at least going to be charged a diagnostic fee. Fine, but I’m not paying a dime for the lift gate! Service tech calls me and “forgot” I had an extended warranty that will cover the seat heater and the lift gate. Great! Then calls back as I’m going to pick up the vehicle and the battery in my Wagoneer mysteriously has died since it’s been in the shop and they recommend a new battery. My total cost out of pocket for the new battery and diagnostic fee was just over $700 which was almost the same cost as the quoted repair of the lift gate!!! My battery worked perfectly fine before I took it in by the way. Freaking shady. Not only will I NEVER take my vehicle here again for service, I WILL NEVER BUY A VEHICLE FROM THIS SHADY PLACE EVER AGAIN. SHADY SHADY SHADY More
Kylee was awesome and very attentive to the issues with our vehicle. She kept in contact letting us know what was going on. Shout out to the Tech that provided proof in photos on replacement parts.
