January 21, 2026: I dropped off my vehicle. I have a 2016 Grand Cherokee . I had taken in my vehicle because there was one day where I went to turn it on and it started shaking really bad, so I have a 2016 Grand Cherokee . Days went by, weeks went by, and still to this day February 27 2026, I do not have a vehicle. On February 23: I received a text message and basically they have already closed out my ticket, and I have not heard from them. We have called, and they are not returning our phone calls. How is it that my ticket is closed out but I don’t have my vehicle? Their communication, especially the service advisor and the service manager, is horrible. We call both of them to get updates all the time, and they take forever to reach back out. Today is February 27, and still to this day, I have not heard from them, and this will be the third time that I have to go up to the dealership personally because the service advisor and manager are not answering my phone calls. More

Told service advisor when I needed the truck. It was not ready when it was supposed to be. Had to spend an additional $600 on a rental in order to complete a job.
