poor service Dropped my vehicle off the end of May to Prime Ford in Saco to have a used engine put in my vehicle. I picked up my vehicle in July after the engine Dropped my vehicle off the end of May to Prime Ford in Saco to have a used engine put in my vehicle. I picked up my vehicle in July after the engine got replaced 4 days later started leaking transmission fluid. I sent my vehicle back to prime. They fixed front converter seal/gasket on transmission. That took about two weeks. After picking my vehicle back up for the second time 4 days later same thing happened. Started leaking transmission fluid. Prime Ford had me drop off my vehicle to be repaired. After dropping my vehicle off the second time for transmission fluid leaking. It sat in back Prime Ford. It took a month and half before someone from Prime Ford to call and tell me they are not working on my vehicle and I had to get it off their lot. Prime never pulled my vehicle in the garage never tried to figure out where the leak was coming from. If they did they would have seen that it was coming from the front of the transmission, front converter seal/gasket. The parts that they claimed to fix the first time my vehicle went back to them for transmission fluid leak. I took my vehicle to Northeast Transmission to get it repaired. Due to Prime not fixing my vehicle properly and Prime Fords warranty. Northeast Transmission cannot work on my vehicle. I tried looking up a general manager and cannot find one. The service manager is the reason my vehicle has not been fixed. I tried emailing every manager in Prime Ford and that got me nowhere. Because of Prime Ford in Saco I have been without a vehicle going on 7 months. More

I would definitely bring my Taurus back to Prime Fords Service Dept since the quick and thorough service I received from the moment I called and talked with Stacey to discuss my transmission problem and s Service Dept since the quick and thorough service I received from the moment I called and talked with Stacey to discuss my transmission problem and she was able to get me in immediately as to not let the issue get worse.
