Xavian was/ is as nice as can be. We knew the make, model, packages, even the VIN, of the car we wanted. He worked diligently and efficiently to get us into our new car. After we drove off the lot, singing his praises, we noticed some chipped paint and adhesive left on the suede of the car. We went back to the dealership, showed him, he took pictures, and escalated it to get fixed. He called the next day for us to drop in whenever we could and he would personally take it to service and wait for it to be repaired. The adhesive is gone and the chipped paint is as good as new. We appreciate him immensely! More
