Made an appointment for an oil change, Veronica was my service adviser, talked to her about my issues from the past, and she listen to all what i had to say. Left the car with her and I went to the waitin service adviser, talked to her about my issues from the past, and she listen to all what i had to say. Soon after that the service manager came to the waiting room to talk about all the issues I had explained to Veronica, then she also brought an article that I had concerned about and talked about and few other things as well. By then my car was washed and finished and I was on my way going home, the service manager called to make sure I was taking care of! That was my first best experience I had with you all.
