Charged for two hours of labor so they could screw in the windshield motor. $400 and two hours for the tech to do that work. Had a coolant flush previously from them and they found my coolant was low and I h windshield motor. $400 and two hours for the tech to do that work. Had a coolant flush previously from them and they found my coolant was low and I had no leaks. So they said it was due to their techs work not correctly burping the coolant or filling it correctly. I was charged $200 for them to fix their mistake. This dealership has earned the stealership moniker. Avoid this location and find a reputable service center. More

I was so impressed with everything about this dealership! My salesman Tarik and the manager were very informative patient and kind! Beware! !! Don't trust them. I strongly don't recommend them because of the way they treated me after sales. I got 2026 KIA Carnival from this dealership on 7 !! Don't trust them. I strongly don't recommend them because of the way they treated me after sales. I got 2026 KIA Carnival from this dealership on 7th Nov 2025 from Beck & Masten Kia Tomball. While doing the test drive, I found that the air pressure in the front left tire was in the 20s (PSI) instead of the manufacturer recommended 39PSI for that car. All other tires had no issues with the air pressure. When I requested the sales person (Muhammed) to check it once, he just refilled the air and said everything looks fine and delivered the car to me. However, within a month the same tire's pressure again went below the normal level and I got the alert on the dashboard (picture attached). I thought it was due to the winter weather and I just refilled it at the nearby Costco. The same continued for a couple more times and I thought that I have to report this to the dealer during the first complimentary service and get it fixed. I live almost 50 miles away from the dealership and that made me wait until the first service. During the delivery of the car, the salesperson and the head of the sales team assured me that their service during and after the sales would be very good so I need not to be stressed out for any issues in the future. However, when I took my car for my first service today 28th March 2026, the service representative (Jason) heard all the issues with the car that I have noted down and said that he would check on the tire issue. Also, he clearly explained and clarified my questions and the reason for a couple of issues that I have reported. For a couple more issues, he said that it's hard for him to diagnose those issues today due to the high number of service appointments booked for the day and asked me to get the car on some other day to check those. After the inspection, they found that there is a nail in the front left tire and they said it's my responsibility to take care of that. When I said that this issue was there even before I took the car out of the dealership for the test drive, even though the sales person agreed upon with the issue before delivery, the New Car Manager (Gavin) and the SalesPerson (Muhammed) argued that do I have a proof (a picture of the nail) while they delivered the car! They also argued that they would have taken care of that if I would have reported this within a month or two months from the delivery date. No one from the dealership told me that I have a time limit of 30 days or 60 days to report any issue with the tires. I wouldn't have expected them to fix this if the nail was on any other tires but when it is obvious that the issue was there right before the delivery, it is the dealership's responsibility to fix it. In between during the conversation, Gavin agreed that he would send his technician and get it fixed at a nearby Discount Tires Store. After a lot of conversation, I felt that there is no use in talking to them, I just asked Gavin to fix it at the Discount tire store as per his promise. However, Gavin then changed his mind and said I, myself, have to take care of it at the Discount tire store and he will pay for patching the tire. When I asked what if they find it not fixable, he said I have to take care of it then. They literally treated me like I was the one who punctured the tire and expected them to fix it on my behalf. I lost my patience and decided to move out of the dealership without fixing the tire. Finally, if you ever wonder about my previous positive review and rating (5/5) in Google for this dealership, that's only because I got forced by the sales person multiple times to do that. Due to that, I gave him the best review (10/10) in KIA's after sales review as well (Pictures attached). From my experience, the only positive thing that I can say about this dealership is the Service Advisor's and the Finance team's care for the customer. There are many other good KIA dealers in and around Houston that provide great care and give importance to customer. More
