Service Department is extremely slow. 4 hours for oil change & tire rotation. Appointment was made the night before for 10am the next day. I was told when I got there that it would take 2 4 hours for oil change & tire rotation. Appointment was made the night before for 10am the next day. I was told when I got there that it would take 20 minutes to get a filter for my car there. 2 hours later I was told the filter finally arrived that it would be ready in 30 to 45 minutes. And hour later I went to check on it & it still was not ready. Another hour later I check again & was told it's going through the car wash. When it was finally brought into the bay for me to leave I was told that it was just sitting there not washed. The Service manager ran it through the car wash herself & delivered it. I service there because that's where we bought the car with a service contract otherwise I would go somewhere else. More

I always take my car here to get oil change or anything needed done because they always take really good care of me. I recently went and got an oil change with Kara, she explained how long it could take an needed done because they always take really good care of me.
