The ONLY reason I go to this dealership is Eric in the service department. Not a fan of the dealership the manager in sales, but because or Eric being honest and doing all he can i go back for that. I went in looking for something simple with low expectations. Came out very happy. Tanya got me into a brand new car for a great deal. She went above and beyond. Erick Garcia, provided 5-star, excellent customer service during my April 23 and 24th visit for brake repairs. He was courteous, friendly, and easy to talk to and he genuinely wants to help his customers as during my April 23 and 24th visit for brake repairs. He was courteous, friendly, and easy to talk to and he genuinely wants to help his customers as much as possible. Great communicator kept updates throughout the day offering logical and helpful answers to all my concerns. Also shared useful information such as the shuttle service availability, and oil change offers, which no other representative is mentioned in three years that I’ve been coming to the dealership Erick is definitely manager material and other customer service representative scheduling a lot from his approach.
