On August 21, 2026 I took my 2021 Nissan Murano to its 10am appointment to be serviced. Although I was given this appointment time earlier in the week and I had informed them I would be waiting there unti 10am appointment to be serviced. Although I was given this appointment time earlier in the week and I had informed them I would be waiting there until the servicing was completed, it wasn’t until after 2 that they finally got to working on it! They knew I live over 100 miles away and I had no choice but to wait, they still chose to wait on others that arrived after me. When I tried to talk with Kevin Griffin about it, he just shrugged his shoulders and said he wasn’t responsible for when the mechanics worked on the vehicles! I was like WOW, I have never felt so disrespected! I had always dealt with Town North Nissan in Austin until they closed and had always been very happy with their customer service so being treated this way was shocking. Anyway I was finally back on the road almost 5 hours from the time of my appointed time and because of Group 1 Nissan in Round Rock,Tx horrible customer service, I will not be returning nor will I be recommending any of your services to family members nor friends. This particular dealership does not deserve to be in business! More
