Disappointed in the service dept. I made an appointment for my car to get oil change and tire rotation and to check my door which was making a rubbing sound. I waited in the lobby for 3hrs and 45min and the service man knew I was waiting and when the car was ready, instead of coming to speak in person he called on the phone from a desk feet away to tell me it was ready. The warning lights were not reset, my tire rotations were not done and my door was never checked and they were about to close so I just gave up and left… I’m not happy. More
