Jay Jank is outstanding Nissan service advisor! I truly appreciate the way that he worked to keep my spouse and I informed about the things that were transpiring with her Nissan Murano. I am a comm I truly appreciate the way that he worked to keep my spouse and I informed about the things that were transpiring with her Nissan Murano. I am a communicator and I am really big on having pertinent information in a timely fashion and I felt like that is what I received from Mr Jank. Then to top that off while I'm composing this review I had to call him for another item & he was super responsive & helpful. More
I came in for an oil change only to be told my valve cover was leaking oil. I replaced all the parts as my service salesman Dorian suggested along with a new set of spark plugs. I decided to wait at the cover was leaking oil. I replaced all the parts as my service salesman Dorian suggested along with a new set of spark plugs. I decided to wait at the dealership. Five hours later, I left w/my car now sputtering/hiccuping at each stop light. I called Dorian & he advised me to come back. Dorian was quick to get my car in and I was out of there roughly 30 minutes later. I drove home only to find out AGAIN it was STILL performing incorrectly - maybe not as bad but still sputtering. This was not an issue when I drove in. I called Dorian again and he asked once again if I had time to go in. It is now almost 4pm. I was not about to go in for a 3rd time. The issue happened to be an ignition coil. This back-and-forth caused a significant inconvenience including work time lost, the cost of fuel and toll charges for the multiple back and forth trips and added stress driving a vehicle that was not performing reliably. I contacted manager Wayne and Luis for an inconvenience credit but since they fixed these parts w/no added charges to me, no credit was given but a free oil change on my next visit. What a great way to treat a customer going on 15 years of Nissan service! More
