Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry for the frustration and inconvenience you experienced. After your return visit, we identified that an ignition coil had been compromised due to prolonged exposure to the oil leak. At the time of the original repair, the coil concern could not be confirmed, and we would never want to replace a component without proper verification. Once identified, we replaced the coil and covered the associated labor at no charge, and also provided a complimentary future oil change.   We understand the additional trips were inconvenient and appreciate your long-standing loyalty.
