They ultimately took care of my truck, However, the process took over a month and 10 days. It took nearly a month just to receive a part, and unfortunately the first one that arrived was faulty, which process took over a month and 10 days. It took nearly a month just to receive a part, and unfortunately the first one that arrived was faulty, which required ordering another and extended the delay. This is also the second time my truck has been in the shop for the same exact issue, so I’m hoping this repair fully resolves the problem. Also, the truck was returned with about 39 miles of fuel remaining. I understand that filling it up isn’t required, but after having the vehicle for over a month, it would have been a thoughtful courtesy. More
