I set up an AI appointment for a $17. 76 special synthetic oil change. They were also supposed to do a recall fix. That was the whole reason for going in. Instead, they did a 40,000 mile service that cost over 100 bucks and also didn’t have the parts to fix the recall. I am done with group one Toyota and plan on trading in my Toyota for Ford. More
