Dear Tushar, thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We understand how upsetting and inconvenient this situation has been, especially involving damage to your vehicle’s sunroof. After personally inspecting the vehicle alongside our technician, we removed the protective tape and covering that the vehicle arrived with so the damage could be fully evaluated. During that inspection, we observed an opening in the sunroof glass measuring approximately 6 inches in diameter, with shattered glass having fallen onto the interior sunshade. Based on these findings, the damage pattern was consistent with an external impact rather than a warrantable defect in the glass itself. We understand this was not the outcome you were hoping for, and we regret any frustration caused during the process. Our goal is always to provide accurate assessments while following manufacturer warranty guidelines. We also apologize if any part of our communication left you feeling confused or unsupported, as that is never our intention.
