Visited for getting my windshield repaired/replaced. Waiting area was well laid out and I could work on my laptop all through and utilize my time there very productively (3 hours plus). Took the car in (I made an appointment) for a tire rotation, balancing and alignment. They also mentioned there was a recall, so I agreed to that as well. THREE hours later, they told me the software rotation, balancing and alignment. They also mentioned there was a recall, so I agreed to that as well. THREE hours later, they told me the software couldn’t be updated because of a nation-wide glitch in the Toyota software. Okay. Then the sent me out to pick up the car, which was not there. Then when I was driving away, I frlt something dangling by my foot. Turns out the forgot to put the maintenance tracker back where it belonged. I was quite frustrated. But they did give me a free oil change coupon… More

From the moment I arrived, Anthony went above and beyond to make sure every detail of my visit was handled with the utmost professionalism, courtesy, and care. What impressed me most was his ability to explain everything in a way that was clear and honest—no pressure, no confusion, just straightforward communication that gave me complete confidence in the service being provided. Anthony’s attention to detail, genuine concern for my needs, and commitment to making sure I left completely satisfied was truly refreshing. It’s rare to come across someone who combines such deep knowledge with outstanding customer service skills, but Anthony has mastered both. Because of him, I left feeling valued, respected, and reassured that my vehicle was in the best hands. If you’re looking for a service advisor who will treat you like more than just another ticket number, I highly recommend asking for Anthony Zummo. He has set a new standard for excellence, and the Richmond Toyota dealership is lucky to have him. Side note for management: While Anthony’s service was outstanding, I did notice that after leaving the dealership, my car started running rough on the freeway. When I pulled over, I found that the air filter box hose connection wasn’t properly reattached. This actually happened to me twice now ,not a huge issue since I caught it, but it could be a major inconvenience (or even dangerous) if a customer didn’t notice. A little extra attention from the technicians to double check everything is secured would go a long way in ensuring the service experience is just as excellent as Anthony’s customer care. More
