Grubbs Acura was phenomenal during my entire car buying experience. I worked directly with Paul Hicks, who went above and beyond to accommodate me. When I flew into DFW, Paul personally picked me up and just continued the exceptional service. I really appreciate Paul and Grubbs Acura for being transparent, open, honest, and wanting to build a relationship with me. I never felt any pressure or stereotypical dealership tactics. If something was good, Paul would tell me; if something was bad or could be better, Paul would tell me. I appreciate Paul helping me feel like a well-informed buyer.
