Great Service Chad Martz was exceptional. My wife's 2010 Buick Lacrosse had broke down. We had bought it at Four stars in Henrietta. She called Four Stars and they Chad Martz was exceptional. My wife's 2010 Buick Lacrosse had broke down. We had bought it at Four stars in Henrietta. She called Four Stars and they said they couldn't help her even though she was stranded in a Buick purchased from them. I called Chad Martz at Patterson's. He had helped me get my Granddaughter in a affordable used car two months earlier. He got a tow truck and had her car towed to Patterson's and got it repaired. While she was there we bought a new Dodge pickup, all while I was working in New Mexico. He took care of everything for me over the Phone. EXCEPTIONAL!!!! I HAVE NOTHING BUT GREAT THINGS TO SAY ABOUT CHAD MARTZ AND PATTERSON'S!!!!!!!! More

A nice experience for a change I went to test drive an SUV I viewed on the dealers website. I wasn't sure if I would want to buy it. Just wanted to test drive it. Tim was quick to get us on a test drive. After the test drive, I wasn't sure if that was the vehicle I wanted. Tim took me from lot to lot, and showed me other SUV's in the same class. I learned allot from him about what each type of SUV offers. The features, the warranties, gas mileage, safety features, colors, and so much more. It was easy to compare one vehicle to the next. While many types of vehicles were shown and offered, the bottom line is that Tim only wanted me to buy the vehicle I would be happy with. I got the vehicle I wanted. Financing was quick and easy. The option to add additional coverage was well explained and also the options on after sales servicing of the vehicle was explained in a way I could understand. All things considered, buying at Patterson Auto was a nice experience, and that's the way it should be! Thanks Tim! More
