We were waited on upon arrival, which was great! Then we had a nice waiting experience - nice room to wait in, and a nice shuttle car & driver that dropped us off at a cafe and picked us up. Prompt service, very courteous and knowledgeable employees. The service I was needing was because of a recall and they fixed more than what I even realized.
