I went to Grubbs Nissan in 2019 to get my first Nissan Altima in 2018. I just traded in my 2015 Altima for a 2020 and Ignacio took great care of me both times, he made the process fast and easy. The dealership did a nice job. Just the service advisor, Jackie, needs to learn to get help on questions he doesn’t know. I asked him the maximum towing capacity of my Titan, by the vin number. He inst Jackie, needs to learn to get help on questions he doesn’t know. I asked him the maximum towing capacity of my Titan, by the vin number. He instead Google the information, which was generic, plus I already knew this. I wanted facts, so I don’t mess up my transission from to much weight. When I picked up my vehicle, I asked to speak with someone that could answer my question correctly and not with generic information. The shop service manager, Ted, was awesome !!! Completely understood my concern and helped me completely with figuring it out !!! Jacky needs to learn to not be ashamed, because he doesn’t have the understanding or knowledge. Just say so and tell the customer he will find someone who has the answers and then discuss it with the customer. More
