Honestly these people are not to be trusted and your best bet is to not buy from these guys!! Also radiator fluid coming out of the vent from the hood!! Dry rot tires the list goes on and then they add all these fees that mean absolutely nth just to jack the bill of sale up do yourself a favor stay away from this place!!!! Also I was pulled over and told by the police that the vehicle I bought from Guaranteed motors was possibly stolen and the vin number switched and my vehicle has a duplicate vin number which could be fraudulent and a big mess I promise you this is not a good place to buy anything from!! I been calling them for days and getting no help at all just the run around!! Beware of these guys they are into some fraudulent stuff here!! More

Once the online purchase was completed, I asked to deliver the car on a Friday once I had a business travel, and again they failed, I was in an important meeting while the transportation driver and his boss were hitting my phone desperately. there was nobody home then they dropped the car at the driveway and left the key hidden. When I arrive I noticed both doors at the passenger side have a visible dent and the front corner on the same side has the bumper fascia popped out by the edge. inside the front camera sensor was hanging behind the mirror once the full cover was missing. I turned the engine on and a clear clicking could be heard, meaning a potential engine issue. I plugged an ODB reader and found several sensor issues, checking the one at the back door sensor I noticed another dent that holds slightly the door when opening. Ironically again, they charge you $1,300 for "Dealer prep and 122 points inspection", seems they literally just inspect but they don't fix it. I contacted the same day and first time was successful and the sales person asked me to send him the information and he would call me back, its been three weeks now even calling almost every day and just get with the "receptionist" at the phone saying "they are not available, they will call you later". You can contact them by text, by the person answering there just responds the same over and over, "This is unacceptable, I'm escalating this immediately" and is all you will get. "0" responsiveness, "0" accountability. More

Right after the sale, my sister discovered the windshield was leaking water into the car. This is a serious defect that any honest dealership would have disclosed or caught in their so-called “inspection.” Instead, we were left with a car that could have had long-term water and electrical damage. When I tried to call about it, I was constantly ignored — put on hold or sent straight to voicemail. I was promised calls back that never came. I had to go in person with a formal letter just to get them to acknowledge the problem. That’s not customer service, that’s avoidance. The dealership finally agreed to fix the windshield and address a key issue. But in the end, they only did a sloppy windshield repair (the work looks rushed and unprofessional). Even worse — we discovered the car was sold to us without a proper key at all. The “key” we were given was just a remote with a blank, uncut insert that doesn’t fit the car. After selling the car this way, they had the nerve to try to charge us $700 for a replacement key. To make matters worse, the manager, MJ, never once apologized — not for ignoring my repeated calls, not for the wasted time, and not for failing to honor what was agreed. That kind of attitude says everything about how this dealership treats customers once they’ve got your money. I regret ever bringing my sister here. If you’re considering buying a car, please learn from our experience and avoid Guaranteed Motor Cars. Be cautious about the overly positive reviews — in our experience, the sales team was friendly at first, but once we declined the add-ons and extended plans, the attitude changed. We were grilled repeatedly about why we didn’t want extras, and once they realized they weren’t making a profit off us, the friendliness stopped. If you see glowing reviews, it may just mean the dealership made good money on that deal. More

The HAIL DAMAGE is in excess of $7500. They told me it was AS-IS and they wouldn’t take it back or help with repairs. They won’t even call me back. DO NOT TRUST THIS BUSINESS More

I was so happy with my purchase that the next day my father and I came back and he purchased a jeep from Adam that he saw when I got my truck.
