Number of surveys This is the third or fourth or fifth survey I have received. I loved my experience. I loved everyone that I dealt with from the saleman, David Lackey, the finance man, John Jaso to the service person, Shay Boswell. I still don't have a spare key. But I'm being assured it's been ordered and that I will get a call when it comes in. The only negative thing I have to say about the entire experience is that there are too many surveys. One or two max should be plenty. Share the surveys with others that benefit from them then, let it go. Buyers know where you are and how to reach you if a problem arises. There was also no hard selling. I normally don't purchase warranties on used vehicles, but they were able to get me an extended factory warranty discounted at a price so low that I had to take it.
