Great customer service! Extended warranty covered my needed part and labor. 2012 Ford F150 transmission harness went out. Service versus price. It took 5 days to get to a "check engine light." Shay, the service attendant was excellent, respectful and efficient. The gasket replacement etc. It took 5 days to get to a "check engine light." Shay, the service attendant was excellent, respectful and efficient. The gasket replacement etc. was priced out at over one thousand dollars. I asked for an estimate to deactivate a post purchased alarm system , that was over one hundred dollars. Good but slow service, excellent but overly expensive work. More
