When something suddenly happened to my window in the late afternoon, I literally called about 25 minutes before the shop was closed and the service workers were scheduled to leave. The employee on the phone told me to go ahead and bring my vehicle in so they could look at it to see if they could fix it easily. When I brought it in, it was not a simple fix. It took longer than they were scheduled to stay, but they made sure to fix my problem anyway. I appreciate the great customer service. More

She is always professional and polite and calls you immediately if an issue pops up. The service team always does a great job on my car and I've never had a problem. This particular appointment had my car back to me in less than 45 minutes. Angie is always willing to take me to my office and drop me off and take my car back for service. This small task saves me from having to arrange transportation so early in the morning. More

Waste of my time My F-250 was there for a week and a day just to be misdiagnosed not once but twice. There was work that was claimed to be done but was clearly not.
