1) I could not find the door code paper. I called David and he said that we would need to bring the vehicle to the service department. I could tell that he just did not have time for me so I called the sales manager and he called back with the code in about one hour. 2) The truck came with a exterior warning beeper when the truck was put in reverse. It was very loud and annoying. I again called David for advice on how to disable this function. Again I ask David to find out how to disable this function. Again he said we would need to bring the truck to the service department. So I called the salesman, at Mac Haik Ford, that sold me my last truck. Even though we did not buy from them, he solved the problem while I held on the phone. Again, I called your sales manager and told him about this. Two small problems that David could have taken care of in a flash, BUT he was not interested after he got his commission. When I came to get my license plates, David would not even say hello. When he finished installing the plates, I said "thank You". He stood up and walked away without saying a word. I would not bring my truck for sevice at your dealership and I will never buy from your dealership again. What a shame when your price and inventory selection was great!
