I am pleased with my Ford Maverick. I ordered it on October 20, 2021, and received it almost 16 months later, on February 16, 2023. I also was happy about the price because I got a discount from Ford that exceeded the price increase from a 2022 model to a 2023 model. I know that some people ordered a Maverick and, because of the long wait, had made other arrangements and did not want the truck when it was delivered. Those Mavericks were then available for sale. I would have been one of those who bought one. Sometime in mid-2022, when I talked to my salesman about my order, he told me there was a Maverick available and asked if I wanted it. I said yes and asked if he wanted me to come up and give him money. He said that was not necessary; the truck was mine. About 30 hours later, he texted me that he had to withdraw his offer because somebody else had already sold it. Well, that may have been true, but it makes me wonder whether some other person associated with the dealership wanted that truck and instructed him to take back his offer. With computer records like they are, wouldn't the sale of the truck have been in computer records? And would not the salesman have seen that before he offered me the opportunity to buy the truck? This is the 5th vehicle I have bought from Gulf Coast. I am happy with the latest purchase. That's the bottom line. I was not going to report this experience, but you kept on asking for my feedback, so there it is. More

Left my truck to be repaired got it back after two weeks and someone stole my AirPods Pro. The manager said they lock it at all times unless it’s actively in the shop but that it wasn’t their responsibility and someone stole my AirPods Pro. I was at this dealership with a friend who was interested in a pre owned car, who has also purchased two previous vehicles from this dealership with no issues. Today we came in and spoke with sale interested in a pre owned car, who has also purchased two previous vehicles from this dealership with no issues. Today we came in and spoke with salesman Dan who was very friendly and easy to work with. After some discussion over the numbers in the deal the sales manager Blaine Williams came to us with Dan and told us “this deal won’t happen, GOODBYE!! Blaine was extremely rude and dismissive! His behavior had everyone in the showroom looking because of how loud and rude he was. UNBELIEVABLE BEHAVIOR for a professional. I have personally owned a Nissan from Gulf Coast and could not have been happier with the sales and service next door. More
