I recently had a HORRIBLE experience with Tony T Chrysler Jeep Dodge that I feel compelled to share. My dealings with this dealership began positively, but quickly turned into a frustrating ordeal that left Jeep Dodge that I feel compelled to share. My dealings with this dealership began positively, but quickly turned into a frustrating ordeal that left me feeling TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF. Upon purchasing a truck, putting 3k down on it, I was informed that I had a 10-day period to return it if it didn't meet my needs or standards. I took this assurance seriously and returned the truck within just 3 days due to a significant issue: a faulty transmission that caused the vehicle to stutter. We completed two deals. The Durango was test driven by my wife. No problems!! But that truck was, the Sierra was jerking while I was driving it home. Unfortunately, I didn't have the chance to test drive the Sierra GMC truck before buying it, which is a standard practice that should be encouraged by any reputable dealership. The fact that I experienced a major mechanical issue so soon after purchase raises serious concerns about the quality control measures in place at this establishment. After returning the truck, I was shocked to receive communication indicating that I was "stuck" with the vehicle despite the promised return window. To add to the confusion, the dealership waited until the initial deal was completed to run my credit again, subsequently requesting a much larger down payment of $10,000. This felt like a bait-and-switch tactic, which is both unethical and unprofessional. I left the keys and truck in their possession at their lot in possession of their team. I'M OUT OF 3,000 DOLLARS, and A REPOSSESSION within 3 days of having the truck. Nobody stuck to their word. While the staff at Tony T Chrysler Jeep Dodge may have good intentions, my experience suggests a lack of transparency and accountability when dealing with customers. Now my credit is shot and I'm out of 3,000.00 dollars. And they still have truck and keys. All I wanted was another truck due to the faulty transmission and they didn't care. I drive for a living. That doesn't matter. I urge potential buyers to exercise caution and thoroughly inspect any vehicle before completing a purchase. I also recommend seeking a dealership that prioritizes customer satisfaction and stands by its policies. In light of my experience, I cannot and will not recommend Tony T Chrysler Jeep Dodge based on their handling of my situation. As a man of God, I was patient with them. I waited patiently returning day after day for a resolution. More

Very poor customer service. I noticed on Car Gurus they had a used 2024 Nissan Frontier. This would be my son’s first vehicle. When we get to the dealership and test drove it, t I noticed on Car Gurus they had a used 2024 Nissan Frontier. This would be my son’s first vehicle. When we get to the dealership and test drove it, the after market wheels/tires did not fit the vehicle. The tires rubbed the wheel well when turning. I asked if there could be some sort of discount/compensation since we would have to purchase 4 new wheels and tires. I was given a “We Owe You” document that stated they would give me a check for $400 to help cover the cost of tires. Well, I purchased on Feb 5 and still no check. The salesman, Mike Soileau stated that since the dealership was sold and is now under new ownership they will not honor the document or pay me the $400 they promised. Is it my fault the dealership changed ownership?? And no managers will call me back to discuss this. This company is lacking in communication and customer service! I have bought several new and used vehicles but I would not recommend this dealership to my worst enemy. Scammers! More

“I just want to say, if you’re in the market for a dodge vehicle or any other vehicles and happen to stumble upon this dealership run! They’re so disgustingly unprofessional and rude.. and im just being nic vehicle or any other vehicles and happen to stumble upon this dealership run! They’re so disgustingly unprofessional and rude.. and im just being nice. I brought my car there for a transmission issue. It took them 2 MONTHS and a half just for them to tell me they couldn’t fix my car after I had called them several times and was told my car couldn’t be found in the system. Definitely the worst experience Ive had with any dealership and not only will i never go back there but i will make sure nobody I know will ever go there either.” More

Beware, beware, beware! I test drove and purchesed a used 2016 Kia Cadenza on 08/17/23. The vehicle's odometer had just over 70,000 miles. Today is 09/20/23 and the odome I test drove and purchesed a used 2016 Kia Cadenza on 08/17/23. The vehicle's odometer had just over 70,000 miles. Today is 09/20/23 and the odometer has not reached 72,000 miles. This car is dealership-financed and because I was not financially able to include a 2-year warranty, I was given a 2-month warranty. I was told by the floor manager/sales person (GHT) the car was put through their 126 point inspection. In the short time I have had this vehicle, I personally have had to buy radiator fluid twice to fill up the car. Whenever I run the air conditioner (on the lowest setting), every 3 days the reservoir is dry and the you can't see fluid in the radiator. I have taken this car back to the store and the service department has said they don't find any problems, including no leaks in hoses. You can actually see where fluid has leaked on the ground and I'm not talking about normal condensation. When my warranty runs out, I will be stuck trying to pay someone credible to fix my car and this is going to be a major problem. Mind you, I haven't had the car two full months yet and already I'm having problems. You would think that a 126-point inspection would have picked up on the problem. Where is the fluid going so fast? In the engine? I am VERY dissatisfied and disgusted. I seriously doubt that I will recommend this business to anyone in the future, unless this the issue is rectified soon. More
I am unsure how they have before star rating. I was told I was approved they asked for the down payment tell me the finance guy had just left but to take the car come back and sign I had to get i I was told I was approved they asked for the down payment tell me the finance guy had just left but to take the car come back and sign I had to get insurance on the car which cost me $350. When I went back to sign the papers I was told my credit rating dropped overnight and I was told I couldn't buy the car I just put $40 worth of gas in it and then just paid for the insurance on it so I was left with no car no money for insurance and it was very humiliating I think it was unprofessional for them to say I was approved and then come back and say I wasn't who get takes a down payment from someone who's not approved and tell them to get the insurance they're taking the car who does that this dealership is not a good place at all and Jr the salesman I had was very unimpressive as he's the one that said I was approved and tell me that the finance guy had to leave on an emergency but that it was my car I was approved and just come back and sign the papers so all they did was lie to me and waste my time very impressional More
