Stafff is very professional and detailed on status. Due to the mileage on our vehicle, all services were not done, should have been done prior to us taking ownership. I just had a horrific accident and Alfred was kind, courteous and extremely empathetic. He drove me around the lot and was very accommodating. I took pics of the one I wanted and said I'd be back once courteous and extremely empathetic. He drove me around the lot and was very accommodating. He was amazing. I got the car I wanted with my lift gate and all I had to do was come in and sign. He was a blessing for me during a very stressful time. I had every intention to by another Trailblazer because the last one saved my life. The choice was not a hard one, but Alfred made the process so much easier.
