I Have Worked in The Service industry for 14 years and have alot off experience in customer service This Service Department does not have the communication skills im use too working with im very dissatisf have alot off experience in customer service This Service Department does not have the communication skills im use too working with im very dissatisfied with this Dealership in the Service Department with all the problems I had not once did the Service Mgr Matt Call I Had to Deal with the GM Ed Which Was Some what Helpful but still the fact remains is im not happy at all I was even in the market off buying a 50k vehicle from this place well not anymore not from my personal experience with this place. I'm also going to contact the Spurs Organization to Cancel there ad to promoting this place for purchasing a vehicle from them. I hope My Followers and fb friends shop elsewhere for a vehicle cause I am,anyways heed the warning guys this place in my opinion is not the place to do business and should be stripped from corporate to never selling Chevy products again More
