Disappointed Alessandro, the serviceman, was great! Very professional & kept me in the loop; however, I was very disappointed in the fact that you guys had the car Alessandro, the serviceman, was great! Very professional & kept me in the loop; however, I was very disappointed in the fact that you guys had the car for about a month due to a part being on back order & you didn't have a loaner to give to me, but instead offered a rental which I could not afford at the time. This was very inconvenient & this was the first time dealing w/ a dealership who had my car for so long & being told a loaner was not available! To me that is totally unacceptable! More

Engine/transmission oil change I marked my tires and they weren't rotated. Assistant service manager admitted tech oversight and resolved issue. The first few minutes was nerve racking, yet I was saved.
