Saul Arzola greeted when I arrived at the dealership, after confirming my 8:00 AM service appointment, I sat in the waiting area for 52 minutes till I noticed Joseph started approaching each one of the early morning service customers who were sitting and waiting patiently for our respective cars. No other VW representatives nor managers approached to say hello or kindly greet us, though they were walking around and noticing the customers as they walked in or swung around. The welcoming staff provide an excellent opportunity to portray that lasting first impression that is tied up with the VW image of excellence. It's a message that echoes louder than a dozen best sellers, representatives or managers. It evokes that message of making that impression and statement that prompts customers to come back. More
