Making this review because I found it really rude these text messages about a dealership mark up on a vehicle which is ridiculous. I get asked why I haven’t brought the car yet and I’ve been shopping around? Excuse me part of the reason is for dealership awful like this place with rude management and sells reps who are greedy and want to up charge 7k on vehicle like absolutely not, that’s ridiculous going dam near 10k over MSRP. And on top of that I get rudeness for saying if they can take off the market adjustment or lower it because that’s so high for this vehicle. If your on the market for a Volkswagen or a Golf R i definitely wouldn’t stop by this stealership, rude greedy people take your business else where. I will also be complaining to the better business bureau about this behavior and ridiculous charges and anywhere I can, this place needs to get there act together. More

What an extraordinary experience yesterday. Nice place, outstanding inventory and the most important part of the story, what a pro staff. Our special remarks for Chris Antle( Go Cards !!!!). This sale consultant doesn't play around. He knows how to do his job with closed eyes. We think Gunther in Delray has won a lot having Chris on board, a representation from the bluegrass state. Worst experience ever. The energy in this place is extremely negative and abusive. I went there after being pre approved by CarMax and was looking for a better deal. I showed them proof of my PQ and the store manager Nicholas bellefroid called me a "full of xxxx xxxxx." Worse is that he said it directly in front of my two small 6 yr olds. I have never been treated so poorly inside a dealership. The salesman then refused to give me their names but I ultimately got them. More
I purchased a 2016 XC60 Volvo on April 11, 2022 through the dealership which went through Truist Bank. I had no idea that the dealership bumps the percentage for credit by 2.5%. In May I refinanced my ve the dealership which went through Truist Bank. I had no idea that the dealership bumps the percentage for credit by 2.5%. In May I refinanced my vehicle through NASA Credit Union for a cheaper rate. In June when the payment was paid for payoff from NASA Credit Union Gunther Volkswagen rejected the payment. Making my credit score for a late payment which it was not actually late per Truist Bank. I am now having Truist Bank research the file and make it right for me the customer. Believe me I would never buy from this dealer ever they are a rip off especially the finance manager, he should be fired for what he did. Never buy a vehicle through a dealership you are being ripped off by 2.5%. Trust me never buy from here. Richard Hale More
THE COMMUNICATIONS AND RESPONSIVENESS HERE IS HORRENDOUS BOUGHT A USED VEHICLE THAT WE LOVE ONLY TO FIND OUT AT SIGNING IT CAME WITH ONE FOB...AT WHICH TIME GARRISON...THE SALESMAN PROMISED HORRENDOUS BOUGHT A USED VEHICLE THAT WE LOVE ONLY TO FIND OUT AT SIGNING IT CAME WITH ONE FOB...AT WHICH TIME GARRISON...THE SALESMAN PROMISED THAT HE WOULD FIND ONE FOR US...HE NEVER DID AND NEVER CALLED I HAD TO ESCALATE TO KEN DOTTI WHO WAS WONDERFUL! WE HAD TO GET THE FOB AND THEN WE WERE REIMBURSED IN A TIMELY MANNER THERE WAS A SLIGHTLY CRACKED REAR LIGHT HOUSING WHICH KEN...WHO WAS EXTREMELY NICE...ALSO AGREED TO REPLACE. THE SALESMAN, GARRISON, WAS EXTREMELY RUDE AND ACTUALLY HUNG UP ON ME WHEN I CALLED HIM ON HIS CELL AND "I'M NOT WORKING TODAY AND CAN'T DEAL WITH THIS" BAM. I FINALLY WAS ABLE TO SECURE AN APPOINTMENT TO REPLACE THE PART ON A SATURDAY WHICH TOOK OVER A MONTH. WHEN I TOLD GARRISON THAT I CALLED THE PARTS DEPARTMENT SEVERAL TIMES AND THEY NEVER RETURNED MY CALL...HE ACTUALLY PUT DOWN HIS OWN SERVICE DEPARTMENT AND SAID THAT "THEY'RE HORRIBLE" SO BOTTOM LINE...THE CUSTOMER SERVICE ASPECT IS IN DIRE NEED OF COACHING. IN WHAT WORLD...WHERE DEALERSHIPS DEPEND ON REFERRAL BUSINESS AND VEHICLE SERVICES...WOULD YOU WANT TO BE HUNG UP ON? GRANTED...THIS IS A SALESMAN WHO HAS ALL KINDS OF "AWARDS" ON THE SHELVES BEHIND HIS DESK. STRESS CAN MAKE PEOPLE ACT VERY STRANGELY AND UNPROFESSIONAL OR INAPPROPRIATE AT TIMES. IN CONCLUSION I GOT THE RESULTS BUT IT FELT LIKE A BATTLE. More
