Oil Change (Lose Screw) I went in for an oil change and when the car was done, the representative brought the car out and there was a missing screw on my car’s document compa I went in for an oil change and when the car was done, the representative brought the car out and there was a missing screw on my car’s document compartment near my left knee. I told the representative and he said that there was no missing screw and I proceeded to physically put my finger in the hole where the screw was missing and the compartment was coming undone. A week later, to be exact, this morning my car wouldn’t start and after 2 Uber’s and a jump start from VW roadside assistance which cost me total 90.00 dollars. I am here waiting for them to figure out what is wrong with the car. My car battery was changed a year ago. If it is a battery issue I should not have been charged for the 60 dollar and my uber rides should be refunded. This is my third VW. With the lease coming due in May of next year Volkswagen will be losing a customer. Goodbye VW. More

Prompt Service Because of ChristianCardoso, I was able to have a new tire put on my Volvo and still remain in line for an eye exam and renewal of my driver's license Because of ChristianCardoso, I was able to have a new tire put on my Volvo and still remain in line for an eye exam and renewal of my driver's license at the Tax Collector's office. I had made an app't for 1400 on Monday to replace a tire which had a nail in it. I had stopped at the Tax Collector's office enroute to make an app't for an eye exam and license renewal only to find after standing in line for over an hour that they did not make app'ts but if I wanted to return at 1600 which would have been in 2 and 1/2 hours, I could have it done that day. I told Mr. Carodoso and he made certain I was on the road back to the Tax Collector's office by 1530. I really appreciated his attitude as I did not want to have to lose that app't. I have been coming to this facility since it was Borton and am very pleased that another family is now owning the company. The years in between were not great. Joan Iler More
