Sylon, after receiving your review, we have reached out to our dealership's Service Manager who was able to provide us with what really occurred. The part you are referring to is a tow hitch which you initially inquired about at our dealership. You had declined our help after receiving an estimate for the installation and took it upon yourself to install. As a result, the right rear wheel well was not re-installed properly and fell off. Since you choose to do the work yourself, for the record, this is not considered a defect or a warranty concern/repair. When you returned to our dealership you had asked that we assist with the replacement of the fallen item under warranty. As we stated above, this is not considered a defect or a warranty concern/repair and that request would not be possible. However, as a favor, we offered to replace the part as a one-time goodwill jester and we agreed that the paint costs would be your responsibility. We ordered the part, painted and informed you when the part finally arrived. You then refused to come in and demanded that we mail the part to you which inevitably added to the delay. What we don't understand is that if you had wanted the part delivered to you, we would have been more than happy to arrange that in the first place. Your review does not accurately represent or shed light on what really happened at our dealership. Our service department has been more than generous in offering you help with your tow hitch installation issue. We do not appreciate receiving your negative review considering all our efforts to assist you.
