Seven times the price. I had a headlight that needed replacing. I called and spoke to a tech at your location. I described my vehicle and model and the problem. The guy q I had a headlight that needed replacing. I called and spoke to a tech at your location. I described my vehicle and model and the problem. The guy quoted me $50 or so. I bring the vehicle in then am told it will be $350. I asked this tech why I was misquoted and he said I spoke to a call center person who didn’t know what he was talking about. That wasn’t true. The original person that I spoke with told me that they were not that busy and could make the repair before closing time. It’s doubtful that a Call center person would know this. More

Mixed feelings Hi Had to call 3 times before I was able to get an appt scheduled. First time a salesperson answered and left message for advisor.
