Efficient and straightforward I have previously used another dealer and was treated as though they were doing me a favor by servicing my vehicle. From scheduled oil change to brand new lease. Had scheduled an oil change for my leased 2015 Jetta - which I loved. Turned the car over to Lucas (the best Service Rep) and went inside dealership Had scheduled an oil change for my leased 2015 Jetta - which I loved. While there, perused the various 2019 models on display in showroom, noticed the silver white Jetta and read the features offered. Totally impressed with the gas mileage and the safety package, When a young salesman by the name of Balvin came over and offered his help, really did not think I needed any. By the time we finished a friendly chat, asked to go for a test drive, What an amazing automobile. The easiest EVER to drive. After having driven a mile, I knew this would be my next lease when the old one was up.. However, Balvin and Nick (the Manager at Gunther), both helped me see the error in my thinking when it came to waiting another 7 months and offered a deal to good to turn down. Never thought of Volvo as a choice when leasing my cars, but caught a glimpse of an new S90 recently and decided to drop by Gunther Volvo in Delray Be Never thought of Volvo as a choice when leasing my cars, but caught a glimpse of an new S90 recently and decided to drop by Gunther Volvo in Delray Beach as it's literally seconds from my house. It was a great call!! Got to say, Brian Pavesi has been one of the best sales/leasing consultants I've ever dealt with over the last 20 years of leasing cars!! Very personal, cool and relaxed, he didn't try to upsell you, or had that "car saleman" attitude, but worked to get me what 'I was looking for.' In the end, he did just that, and I drove off in a brand new S90 T5 AWD Momentum feeling great about it - an awesome car and a monthly payment just where I needed it to be!! Also want to give props to tech consultant Keith Palmer (on recommendation of Brian) who spent a most pleasant hour and a half the next day getting me aquainted with the car's technology which is pretty amazing, and I'm glad I did!!
