Mike is the man! From the moment I called, the dealership was nothing but courteous and helpful. I knew what I was looking for, but more importantly, I knew what I co From the moment I called, the dealership was nothing but courteous and helpful. I knew what I was looking for, but more importantly, I knew what I could afford. I was given to a salesman named Mike Veloz... what a star! He made the entire process and painless as possible for me. He spoke directly and transparently and he didn't try to hide any fees or upsell. Even when the price I was offered was less than the dealership had even paid for the car, Mike didn't pressure me to increase my offer -- instead, he tried his hardest to work on management to make the deal happen (Alex, the supervisor/sale manager?, tried to play hard ball and almost cost them my business). Mike recognized this and he went above and beyond to make sure I didn't walk out. He even paid money out of his pocket to make sure he made the sale, but more importantly he made sure that I got the terms I wanted and could afford. After the sale, he gave me his cell and told him to reach out to him directly for anything else I needed (maintenance, repairs, etc) and he would coordinate it for me. In summary, when shopping for and buying a specific car, you quickly realize that THE CARS ARE ALL THE SAME. It's the person selling the car that makes or breaks your experience, and someone like Mike is the reason you will get into your new car feeling good! Just another side note, the finance department was just as helpful when finalizing the paper work. More

UPDATE: worst treatment by any business I worked with Absolutely the most dishonest new car dealer I've ever had the displeasure of working with. I went in to test drive a new Tiguan, explaining to both Absolutely the most dishonest new car dealer I've ever had the displeasure of working with. I went in to test drive a new Tiguan, explaining to both the sales person and the business manager that I had just paid my attorney the funds to pay off my trade, and because it had to go through a trust, it might take a while for the loan to paid off to VW financial. Both Beau Brady the salesperson and Ron the Business manager were aware of my trade payoff situation and both told me that it was no problem--they will take my car as a trade and wait for the title. A few weeks later I start getting threatening and intimidating calls from their attorneys and finance manage and letters stating that I had committed both civil and criminal fraud and that I was going to be arrested and sued for $78,000 (I have the letters to share if anyone wants copies). They said they could not sell my trade without the title, but then I get a call and email from the general manager saying my car had already been bought and sold several times--after I had offered to return the new Tiguan in exchange for my trade and the cash i had given them. I have copies of all correspondence and am happy to share with anyone who has experienced similar treatment from these swindlers. I would like to especially thank Beau Brady for his cowardliness (Uncle Joe owns the dealership) and telling outright lies; Ron the Business manager for the same; Jorge Cardoso--the biggest liar of all who I have on a recording telling that he would refund the full amount I paid for the Tiguan in exchange for my trade, but then denied that he ever said that: and most of all. Nick Bellefroid the General Manger, who basically tried to bully and threaten me when he knew that I was telling the truth and that his employees had lied to him. This was the second new car I had bought from Gunther in 3 months. What a way to treat a repeat customer! Never again Gunther, and shame on you Volkswagen for letting these xxxxx represent your company--this is the last VW I will ever purchase. More
Repeat client receives VIP treatment from Brian Pavasi Brian treated me as a valved client on my second vehicle. When busy on my return visit to test drive both passat and Jetta, he engaged the VW expert ( Brian treated me as a valved client on my second vehicle. When busy on my return visit to test drive both passat and Jetta, he engaged the VW expert (Alex) and I was well taken care of. I was heading our of town for a month and our correspondence over that month eliminated the usual angst about buying/leasing a car. We did most of the decision-making and negotiation via email, so when it was time to put the money down and do the paper-work, the worst was over and Brian was extremely accommodating and we did everything in under two hours. I was extremely pleased with the process and love the car- Passat SEL. Brian made the whole process a delight, non-confrontational and I went away feeling I received a good and fair deal. Rip-off Don’t use. Spend your time finding a reputable mechanic because this place will rip you off. Took my car there and they did absolutely nothing except Don’t use. Took my car there and they did absolutely nothing except hook up to computer, diagnose, and gave an exhorbitant amount to fix. On top of that, charged me $180 for nothing!!!!!! Don’t use!!!! More
