They clean the car so nicely it was a used car. They fill it up with gas they have new tires on this one it was really nice they go all out. And I really find that a nice thing. Friendly and accommodating! Dick Uhler went to every effort to make sure that we were happy and getting exactly what we wanted. Owed Refund of Lease Payment - Being Given the Runaround This is our second leased vehicle from Gunther. They approached us with a lease buy back. The first lease went very smoothly, great car happy with t This is our second leased vehicle from Gunther. They approached us with a lease buy back. The first lease went very smoothly, great car happy with the deal. The second, well, the vehicle was fine, price was great. Should be a 5 star review, right? We have been going on 3 weeks trying to get a refund on an over payment on the first lease. We have been shuttled back and forth between the dealership and VW Credit each claiming it is the other's responsibility to refund the payment. VW Credit, "speak with the finance manager. It is the dealership's responsibility." Finance manager (whom we will call George), "You have to talk to sales we only do the paperwork." Sales, " Sorry, he's out today. We will have his manager call you back." Crickets... Three weeks and hours on hold!?!?! This is not 10 out of 10 service. I wish I had an opportunity to take VW of America's survey again. It was suggested by VW Credit that I lodge a complaint with VW of America. Gunther has a week to make this right. Update... Still no contact from Gunther.. going on a month. You know who I am (Diane has taken my number several times)... Green Tiguan lease buyback closed 5/31... Colby Williams internet sales manager (interesting how mangers have managers in the auto industry). Seriously, something so stupid ruining an otherwise happy customer ($302.33)... And I actually recommended a colleague shop with you...pffft. More

Within minutes she ran the numbers and the transaction was on the way. Richard finished the purchase upon our arrival and was super helpful in showing us all the amazing features in our new XC 60. Diagnosis fee are double then their coconut creek location, BEWARE ; if you are a returning customer with an existing problem with your car BEWARE they will follow your case and if you return because you have n BEWARE ; if you are a returning customer with an existing problem with your car BEWARE they will follow your case and if you return because you have no choice because volvo are rigged for servicing they will hit you with a double diagnosis fee, when I asked why coconut creek location charges $150 diagnosis fee and the delray charges $350 Christian the service guy said it the location, my response REALLY that is why??? Sounds to me like a tactic to devert customers like me that bought there volvo and had multiple problems and they rather not deal with their LEMON!!!!!! Again very poor rapport with customers, My advice to you NEVER buy a Volvo!!!!!!! More
