I had a long wait for an oil change lubrication and tire rotation on a date that I had made an appointment.. The service coordinator was a long and busy with multiple customers not allowing for personalize rotation on a date that I had made an appointment.. MAKING AN APPOINTMENT FOR REPAIRS IS MEANINGLESS, THEY MAY GET TO YOUR CAR IN 3-4 DAYS IF YOU ARE LUCKY. THEY RESISTED GIVING YOU A LOANER (FOR A CAR COSTING $60K) MOST EVERYTHING THEY TELL YOU IS ONLY ENOUGH TO GET YOU OFF THE PHONE(NOT THE TRUTH) THEY APPEAR TO BE RUNNING THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT ON A SHOESTRING. STILL DONT HAVE A FULLY WORKING VEHICLE AFTER 17 DAYS. (DANGEROUS!). STAY AWAY FROM GUNTHER VOLVO!! More
