Indifferent service The cashier/receptionist was extremely friendly and efficient, however it was the opposite with the service staff. Upon making my appointment I specif The cashier/receptionist was extremely friendly and efficient, however it was the opposite with the service staff. Upon making my appointment I specified it was for routine 10k service and I had a detail and tank of gas voucher to use. At arrival I was told in an abrupt tone I should have scheduled the detail with the salesman, so they might not be able to do it. I wasn’t told this when calling for the appointment and the service rep said I can’t expect the appointment setters to know this. I stated I live an hour away and I would like ALL services completed at this visit. VW did arrange for the detail. After I left about 5 miles down the road I noticed the gas tank wasn’t filled. I returned to service and it was filled, but there wasn’t even a verbal apology for the inconvenience. More

Poor service again When I arrived to pick up my car (told it was ready) it wasn’t and lots of confusion. Took well over an hour and had to take a rental car. It’s the second poor service experience I’ve had at your dealership. Staff is nice and apologetic but a huge waste of my time. Also, the day after my service, my service light came on for new software updates - frustrating! Love my car but won’t purchase another Volvo due to service. More

Floriduh I have leased 5 VWs in a row and always had informed, communicative, supportive sales and service support at Trend Motors in NJ. Salesman wasn’t aware I have leased 5 VWs in a row and always had informed, communicative, supportive sales and service support at Trend Motors in NJ. Salesman wasn’t aware of features I had discovered on the Internet and ultimately left out the features I want & need for a new car. It resulted in me not having what I came to buy. Technical problems within days, with a defensive service associate who actually called someone over to reinforce how I was wrong. What a disappointing night & day difference from ALL of my VW experiences! More
