Daily the service tech was outstanding… however the rest of the experience was horrible!! I came in to get my Volvo S60 serviced for tires, brakes, and oil change. I am beyond happy to say that l walked out with a brand new Volvo thanks to my service advisor, Kait, and Mathieu. I was hesitant t and oil change. I am beyond happy to say that l walked out with a brand new Volvo thanks to my service advisor, Kait, and Mathieu. I was hesitant to purchase a new car because I thought I would have to pay negative equity for the car and mileage as well. I am so grateful that the sales manager, Brandon, and salesman Mathieu understood my situation. I am not sure how they did it but they took care of every trouble I had and got me into a newer car with no fees and I received multiple [stacked] discounts. My insurance price also went down. I am so thankful. Mathieu, you’re the best. I’m so grateful. I am truly happy because I am saving money while still being able to enjoy the car brand I love the most. Gunther Delray was the first dealership I got my first car from and I am still with them. They do a lot to keep customers happy. Thank you one million times. I am forever a customer to Gunther Volvo of Delray Beach. Now, I can’t wait to get my next car again lol :) More

I am 87 years old and over the years I have dealt with countless car dealerships since I started driving at the age of 17.. None have been as incompetent as Gunther Volvo. On Saturday I had the worst experience at this dealership. An employee who had taken my car into the service bay had been rude to me as I pulled in. I left the vehicle with him. What he didn’t realize is that I was on the phone with my daughter and the phone was still connected to the car. As this employee got into the car he yelled” what a stupid F,,.. goddam xxxxx she was”. My daughter immediately called me to report what had been said. No one would speak to me about this. Finally someone who did not identify himself spoke to me. His answer… he didn’t say it directly to your face, it was behind your back!! This is the way customers ( hear this WOMEN) are treated here. I reached out to the general manager as well as the “Customer Experience” person. No one has responded. Thought the public ie. Women should know More
