No key or paperwork Went outside saw car ready Asked why I’m waiting Someone checked and serviceman came in gave me keys and I signed paperwork and left Time wasted 1 hour 40 minutes! A TOTAL WASTE OF MY TIME!!! More

Recall I had Made an appointment for the recall and was told that I would receive a phone call if the parts were not available.
