The service advisor Lucas was very pleasant and I would definitely ask for him again! My only complaint is that their waiting area for service customers is freezing cold. I got a call yesterday that the part was in and I made an appointment for Monday. I asked if the part was guaranteed mine and was told no and to call Monday morning to make sure the part was there. What?!?! That makes no sense to me. Why would you order the part for me and then can’t guarantee it. More
