I wish I could say I had a great experience After all the financial papers were signed I was given only one key to my new 2018 Volvo. When I asked about the second key I was told that there was no second key and i would have to order and pay for the second key. In my wildest imagination I could not think that I had to ask in advance if there were 2 keys to a less then a year old car! Plus the sale stuff's manners could be better....
