Dominic is extremely unprofessional and unkind :( I have never been treated by anyone so mean and rude and unprofessional in my entries life!!! Volvo is being very sorely represented here in their se I have never been treated by anyone so mean and rude and unprofessional in my entries life!!! Volvo is being very sorely represented here in their service department. It’s like you would think he has taken his angry attitude problems on me but all I needed was a safe solution for my family. Just sad that he is the one in charge or he had a really bad few days. Sorry, I hate to give negative reviews but I have to be honest. The worst part is that we didn’t buy our car from that Gunther Volvo dealership but that should not matter. Well, when he found out I was taking my car to the dealer in west palm because there were some ongoing issues, he took it personally and wouldn’t help me further after that and to me, that attitude towards a woman with children stranded is beyond rude and unprofessional and completely tasteless. Thanks for treating me like the xxxx on the bottom of your shoe when I was nothing but kind and just frazzled from such a scary situation of danger with my 3 kids. And on another note, Dominic wasn’t interested in helping me find a way out. I went to enterprise to get a rental because he wouldn’t waste a loaner if I wasn’t his customer...he didn’t return my phone calls but my brand new car was towed to his service department....how terrible!!! More

I wish I could say I had a great experience After all the financial papers were signed I was given only one key to my new 2018 Volvo. In my wildest imagination I could not think that I had to ask in advance if there were 2 keys to a less then a year old car! Plus the sale stuff's manners could be better.... Bought for my kids, my friends kids & for myself 20 cars or more and 99.9% of the times I I’ve been a GUNTHER customer for at least 15 years or more.
