I will tell people to stay away from this dealer My purchase experience was horrible, but I did take a previous vehicle there for service and never had any issues - I just want to be fair here. Let's start with saying that I would NEVER send my wife alone, or recommend that anyone not familiar with the typical tricks old-fashion dealerships play on people attempts to buy a car there. The lack of transparency was there from the beginning until the end of the negotiation. I NEVER got to see the ACTUAL monthly payment until I was brought over to the business office. The business office person (David Wisdom) was polite and transparent, like the people selling cars should be. On the piece of paper that they keep showing you to sign, it says "plus taxes", "plus fees" but it never shows the final number. Why did I buy a car there? I simply wanted the particular car they had in stock, with the high cost of stress and aggravation, something I won't do ever again. Lesson learned. More

Pleasant experience purchasing my first car This was my first car purchase at a dealership and I was nervous. It defiantly helped to do a majority of my research ahead of time, so when I decided This was my first car purchase at a dealership and I was nervous. It defiantly helped to do a majority of my research ahead of time, so when I decided on a vehicle I made an appointment for a test drive. The vehicle I orginally looked at already sold so I told Colby what I was looking for a found the perfect car within my price range and within the mileage I wanted. Colby was beyond helpful and answered all of my questions. He let me take the car on a long test drive and he made for great conversation. After driving, I was more than happy to buy the car. The financing team was also great and Kyle helped me understand all the paperwork. Overall, I would recommend both gentleman when considering purchasing from here. More
